• 20g minced garlic

• 100ml white wine

• 250ml Laksa sauce

• 5g kaffir lime leaves

• Shallots: 20g

• Ginger: 10g

• Galangal: 20g

• Lemongrass: 10g

• Turmeric: 10g

• Shrimp paste: 30g

• Sugar: 50g

• Cashew nuts: 30g

• Fish stock: 1 liter
