What is include in Sunset Happy Hour ticket?

– Sightseeing fee 360° Skydeck, Skywalk, Pool deck, Skylight Restaurant, Rooftop Beach Club
– 1 welcome drink from the menu at Rooftop Beach Club from 4:30PM to 6:30PM.

Do you have any special event every week?

Our special events every week:
– Ladies Night (Tuesday): Free entry for women from 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

*Our special events may not host on Holidays and special events!

Can I book the ticket in advance and come later?

Unfortunally, we only sell ticket in lobby at the time you arrive

What is the age limit?

Skylight Nha Trang is open to all customers of all ages. However, the Rooftop Beach Club area does not accept guests under 18 years old after 09:00 PM

What is the dress code at Skylight?

Casual attire. Shorts and flip flops are acceptable, but no bikinis or bedroom clothes.

How do i book table reservation?

Do I need to deposit?

All dinner reservations require a deposit of 350,000 VND per person to reserve a table. This amount will be credited back to your final bill and no refund.

Do I need to deposit to my kid?

A deposit of 100,000 VND for kid from 100 cm to 130 cm, over 130 cm is 350,000 VND, and under 100 cm is no deposit

How much for VIP tables at bar?

At Rooftop Beach club, we have 3 types of table:
– Standing table: minimum 3.000.000 VND, capacity maximum 10 people
– Sofa table: minimum 5.000.000 VND, capacity maximum 10 people
– VIP table: minimum 7.000.000 VND, capacity maximum 15 people
*Price can be changed on Holidays and special events!

Is it necessary to reserve?

Reservations are not mandatory, but we highly recommend you reserve in advance as we often sell out. We have a limited amount of free seating at Pool deck and Inside bar for our General Admission guests which are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

How far in advance I can reserve?

We accept bookings up to 1 month in advance from your arrival dates. We highly recommend you to book the soonest you can as we have limited seating areas.

However, you are able to come directly as a walk-in guest, pay the entrance tickets or get tables options depends on availability with first come first serve basis

Where can I park my car?

Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot. However, there is parking lot with a fee of charge, across Intercontinental Nha Trang on Tran Phu Street, which is 50m away from Skylight. We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend all guests to arrive by taxi or motorbike.

Can I come later than the time I booked?

We hold tables for up to 15 minutes only. However, we suggest you come 15 minutes earlier so you have time to enjoy the scenic views from our 360˚ Skydeck on the 45th floor, and visit our glass Skywalk balcony at the Pool Deck.

What are my payment options?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Union Card, American Express. We do not accept Travelers Checks or Personal Checks. And, of course, Cash is always accepted.

What is the refund policy?

At this time, Skylight cannot acommodate any requests for refund and return. However, you can exchange the suitable day and time (only for regular day).

Am I allowed to bring a bag?

All large bags, backpacks, suitcases, etc. need to be checked in at Skylight’s lobby counter. If you don’t want to bring it up, we can keep it at the counter for you. For addition, Skylight will not keep valuable items such as: money, jewelry… at our counter.

Does purchasing in advance allow me to skip the line?

Table reservations are of high priority. We’ll ensure a quicker entry than waiting to pay your cover at the door the night of the event.
You will be in line with only other table reservation, so entry does move quickly

If I book a table, electric car will pick me up?

Actually the electric cars belong to Asian taxi. We just do branding on the cars. If you would like it pick you up, please call 0258. They work like normal taxi brands with fee.

Can I bring birthday cake or liquor into Skylight?

We do not permit any outside food or beverages to be brought on to the premises, however, you can bring your Birthday cake if you inform us in advance. If you have another special request, please send to emails: [email protected] or call 0258 3528 988 and our Hostess will be happy to help.

If it’s my birthday, can I get something special at your restaurant?

Skylight can bring specialized birthday signs while singing “Happy Birthday”. We also can provide decoration and desserts for additional cost. Please refer to our birthday packages in this link:

Can I book a private event (Birthday, anniversary, wedding…etc) at Skylight?

Sure. Please contact [email protected] or [email protected] and we will be happy to help you to arrange your reservation.

How do I find out about upcoming events?

Once I’m inside, can I leave and re-enter to Skylight?

In a word: Maybe. Re-entry is allowed only on specific nights. Please inquire with staffs at the venue in the evening of your visit.

I’m the guest of the hotel in which Skylight located. Do I receive free entry or any discount?

Please kindly contact the hotel staff for more information.

If I dine at Skylight Restaurant, do I have to pay sighseeing fee for Rooftop Beach Club, Skywalk or Skydeck?

If you have dinner at Skylight Restaurant, you don’t have to pay any sightseeing fee of Rooftop Beach Club, Skywalk and 360° Skydeck.

Can I swimming in your pool?

No swimming allowed. The pool deck is used for private events and sightseeing only.

Can I have a cup of coffee or breakfast in the morning at Skylight?

In the morning, Skylight is opened for sightseeing only. No food or drinks.

I looking for a copy of my invoice, how can I obtain it?

Please leave your information with our staff. Your request is submitted in 24-72 hour turn around.


Oversized professional cameras, tripods, large and heavy luggage, drink, or food are not allowed to up to Skylight.
